ANZAC

Today's learning is all about ANZAC. It is a bit special as you can complete it with siblings, family or friends who are in the middle school. There are a few slides just for the Senior students though.

ANZAC Day will be remembered a bit differently this year with New Zealanders all around the world standing at dawn in their homes, gardens or driveways.

Exploring beat and rhythm

Today's LCS explores ideas around beat and rhythm. Learners will write their own beats as well as examine some rhythms from classic ANZAC songs. We will also have a go at making a soundscape.

Kia ora, everyone! 
My name’s Mr Kelly and I will be joining your class when we get back to school. I am from England and I used to work in a primary school in a city called York. I like to play sports including cricket and soccer (I’m still not used to calling football ‘soccer’) and I like being in the outdoors so I love being in and exploring New Zealand! I am really looking forward to working with and meeting you all so hopefully that will happen soon. In the meantime, stay safe.
