  1. Mōrena Room 25,
My name is Tania and I am a Manaiakalani Outreach Facilitator. I live in Whangarei which is 2 hours north of where you live in Auckland. I am lucky enough to be involved with Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu which means I get to check out your blog on a regular basis and leave you comments too. Thanks for sharing your healthy food recipes. I really like to eat healthy food and am always wanting to find new recipes. I like the look of the cauliflower popcorn so will try that first. Did you try out any of the recipes? Do you have healthy eating happening in your lunch boxes? I look forward to following your learning.

Loved looking at your blog today. I am a teacher at Owairaka District School. I really liked reading your post about healthy recipes. We are an environmentally friendly school, and we always like to encourage healthy eating. I am looking forward to trying out some of the these recipes at home. Did you have a favourite recipe? Which recipe was the easiest to make?
